Pasi Flinkman took over as the new CEO of Berner Ltd on 2 November 2026. He succeeds Antti Korpiniemi, who will retire at the end of 2026. The CEO change was announced in May 2026.
Flinkman began working at Berner at the beginning of October, and as of 2 November he takes on the responsibilities of CEO. Korpiniemi and Flinkman will work side by side for the remainder of the year to ensure a controlled transition.
Experience from the food industry and international sales
Flinkman joins Berner from the position of CEO of Raisio Oyj. He has extensive experience in leadership roles at, among others, the Orkla and Leaf groups, as well as strong expertise in the food industry and international sales.
“My first weeks have been spent getting to know the people and the businesses. What has stayed with me most is how strongly things are done together here, and how customers are at the centre of everything. That is a really good foundation to build on”, says Pasi Flinkman.
