After many years of dedicated work at Berner Lab, our valued colleague Thomas Røll will retire at the end of April 2026. Those of you who have worked with Thomas know that his positive energy, warm humour and genuine care for his customers have always gone far beyond the professional. He has a rare ability to make everyone around him feel valued – and that is something we will truly miss.
We are deeply grateful for everything Thomas has contributed, both to Berner Lab and to the relationships he has built with our customers throughout the years. We wish him all the very best as he begins this new chapter in life – he has truly earned it.
A Colleague Who Made a Difference
Thomas has been an important part of Berner Lab’s journey in the Nordic lab community. Over the years, he has supported countless customers in building and developing their laboratories – always with a combination of technical understanding, practical mindset and genuine interest in people.
Whether it was a smaller lab challenge or a large, long-term project, Thomas was known for taking the time to listen, ask the right questions and find solutions that worked in everyday lab life.
Looking Ahead: Meet Your New Contact, Anas Jaaloul
At the same time as we thank Thomas for his many contributions, we are pleased to introduce Anas Jaaloul, who will take over Thomas’s responsibilities and become your new point of contact going forward.
Anas brings strong expertise, great enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting our customers in their daily work in the lab. He shares our way of working – combining product knowledge with a practical, solution-oriented approach – and is very much looking forward to getting to know both existing and new customers.
Over the coming weeks, Anas will be reaching out to introduce himself personally and ensure a smooth handover. Our goal is that you experience continuity, clear communication and the same level of support you are used to – and ideally, a few new ideas and perspectives along the way.
