We would like to inform our customers that Analytik Jena US LLC has made the decision to discontinue the UVP BioImaging/Imaging Systems product line with immediate effect. As this is the UVP product range we offer at Berner Lab, this update is relevant to all current and prospective users.
What does this mean?
No new orders for UVP BioImaging/Imaging Systems will be accepted.
Support and software
Technical support for discontinued products will continue through May 2026 or later. Signed service agreements will be honored. VisionWorks software will remain available for download via the UVP.com website, and product manuals will be uploaded there in the coming weeks.
We understand this may raise questions, and we are here to help. If you are currently using a UVP imaging system or are looking for an alternative solution, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to guide you forward.
