LAB Denmark
LAB Denmark was originally formed in 2019, and became a part of the ClaraLab group, together with its sister companies LAB Norway and LAB Sweden. In 2022, Bröderna Berner AB, a company within the Finnish Berner OY group, acquired ClaraLab AB including its subsidiaries. Berner Lab’s legal company name has been changed to Søren Berner Denmark ApS.
This acquisition harmonizes with Berner’s strategic vision and strengthens their presence in the laboratory industry.
